What we collect
When you submit a quote request or supplier registration, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, locations, project or product details, and any file you attach. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Our hosting provider records standard technical data, such as IP addresses, in server logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, evaluate a potential supplier relationship, and communicate with you about it. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.
Who processes it
This site and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf. We may share information with our affiliates, including Finch Canada, where needed to respond to you.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions only as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them, or as required by law, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing quotes@finchswitch.com.
